Business Development Manager, Ophthalmic Lenses, South East England. Zest Optical are currently working alongside a leading manufacturer within the ophthalmic lens market to recruit a Business Development Manager to lead and develop a territory across the South East region (Surrey, Kent, Essex & Sussex).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established brand, working closely with independent practices and optical laboratories to drive sales growth and build long-term partnerships.
The Role
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of optical accounts across the South East Identify and win new business through proactive networking and outreach Deliver commercial growth through effective territory planning and account development Support training initiatives and customer events to drive product adoption Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer serviceThe Person
Proven B2B sales experience within the optical industry, ideally within ophthalmic lenses Experience working in a practice environment Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop opportunities Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based roleThe Package
