Optical Assistant – Role

Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all patients and visitors Support frame styling and provide tailored lens recommendations Assist with pre-screening, collections, and the full patient journey Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain high standards of presentation and patient care within the practice
