Business Administrator Apprenticeship
The role will be varied but the main responsibilities will include the following:
Processing invoices and supporting purchase ledger activities Data entry, maintain accurate financial records using finance software QuickBooks. Assist with payments processing, reconciliations and expense tracking Petty cash management – recording and organising small cash expenses Supporting payroll administration Sending reference request letters Posting job advertisements Researching & Booking rooms for meetings & events Updating training records Minute taking for meetings Posting updates on company social media accounts provided by our team Monitoring engagement Updating website content using content provided by our team Ensuring service user consent is up to dateTraining:
