Organising and managing engineers’ diaries Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm engineer appointments Processing engineers’ report sheets accurately and efficiently Updating and maintaining the service call logging system Costing engineers’ call-outs and preparing information for invoicing Issuing quotations/costs for additional work and obtaining purchase orders from customers

Training:
Monthly online workshops with an allocated tutor. All training will take place in work location

Training Outcome:
This will become a full time contract on a successful completion of the Apprenticeship
