Writing and scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms Monitoring social media comments, messages, and engagement Tracking post-performance (likes, shares, reach) Assisting with blog posts, landing pages, and website content Creating visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Express Updating website content via a CMS (e.g. WordPress) Proofreading and checking content for accuracy and brand tone Building and updating email lists Creating and sending email campaigns Tracking open rates, click‑throughs, and conversions Supporting newsletter production Carrying out keyword research Writing or optimising content for SEO Adding meta titles and descriptions Monitoring website traffic using Google Analytics Assisting with Google Ads or social media ad campaigns Reporting on ad results (clicks, impressions, conversions) Collecting and analysing campaign data Creating simple reports and dashboards Tracking KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, or conversions Sharing insights with Management Researching competitors’ online presence Monitoring industry trends Supporting campaign planning with research findings Gathering customer insights and feedback and creating case      studies Supporting the marketing calendar and campaign planning Updating marketing databases and CRM systems

Training:

Training for the apprentice will take place at the University Academy 92 (UA92) campus in Manchester, primarily one day a week. We also offer the flexibility of virtual sessions to accommodate your schedule.
