Anti-poverty Apprentice (Business Administration)

Provide general administrative support for the LIFT Programme Contact residents by telephone, email, and letter to encourage take up of support
they have been identified as potentially eligible for Provide support for in-person events taking place that provide information and welfare advice to residents Support the Programme Lead to design targeted campaigns to support residents Be an initial point of contact within the LIFT team, taking queries and questions from residents, and passing on queries to the appropriate officer

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

Opportunties to apply for roles throughout the organisation are available to apprentices.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between 9.00am and 5.30pm. 37 hours a week.
