Regional Supervisor (Car Parks)

This position will be responsible for providing support and assistance by driving individual patroller performance, along with coordinating site coverage throughout the region.

This role will be field based and geographically specific to Kent.Hours:Monday – Sunday 5 days over 735 hours per week days and hours to vary on a week by week basis, includes weekends. Salary:£20,000 – £26,000 depending on experienceCompany Profit Share Scheme bonus with published KPI’s (Paid Monthly) Company vehicle/Company Car Allowance will be providedMain duties & Responsibilities  Maintain affective communication with subordinates, Head office and RegionalManager   Provide coverage in instances of sickness, absence or on vacant sites at direction of Regional Manager   Coordinate personnel to coverage on key sites throughout the region by ensuringcoverage rosters are compiled and completed for the respective sub-regions, and appropriate site coverage is maintained.  Deputise for Regional Manager when required.  Provide motivation, encouragement and mentoring   Conduct regular Welfare visits    Provide Practical Training to all new starters in sub-region, ensuring all appropriate documentation is completed correctly.Candidates will:  Have a clear DBS check  Previous Car Park experience (preferred but not essential)  Excellent communicator with a firm but fair approach   Willingness to travel around region  Previous management/supervisor experience   Computer literate – laptop providedALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FREE TO WORK IN THE UK FREE FROM THE RESTRICTIONS OF VISA`S AND WORK PERMITS.Exposed Solutions is acting as an employment agency to this client.Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of age, and we confirm that we will gladly accept applications from persons of any age for this role.
