Clayton Legal are proud to be working in connection with an expanding firm who due continuing growth and strong pipeline of workflow are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team/office based in central Manchester.
however, after initial induction hybrid working of 3 or 4 days working from home is available.
On a day-to-day basis this Conveyancing Assistant role will consist of dealing with the sales and purchase from initiation to completion, taking instructions from the conveyancer, drafting legal documents, contract packs, exchange letters, freehold AP1s, preparing and sending applications to the land registry, SDLT submissions, searches, file closures and checking account ledgers.
The successful candidate will liaise with clients and third parties, keep the CMS up to date, open and close files and ensure compliance throughout the process.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs, with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Additional holiday days accrued for every years service by one day up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
Enrolment into Company Workplace Pension Scheme 3 months after joining.
Company stakeholder pension scheme is also available.
Salary for this Conveyancing Assistant role is dependent upon experience ranging from £19k-£25k, additional benefits mentioned above as well as flexible hybrid home working model.
