Sales Administration Apprentice
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately recorded and updated Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries (email, phone, web) Qualify incoming leads and assign or escalate appropriately Support the CRO in tracking and progressing all opportunities through the pipeline Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, site visits and sales calls Prepare and issue quotes, proposals and supporting documentation Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture relationships Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and minimise lead drop-offSales Support:
Assist in building and managing sales campaigns Track conversion rates and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel Support outbound lead generation activities where required Prepare reports and dashboards for the CROCustomer Experience:
Ensure a smooth and professional journey from enquiry to sale Act as a liaison between sales, design, operations and customers Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the sales processTraining:
You will do your training with Next Level Training You will be working towards your level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
