I am looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee 3 supported living homes, two in Market Harborough and one in Knebworth working for a fantastic national charity.

The Service Manager will report to the Registered Manager and split their time between the houses and the main office ensuring that they run within CQC regulations, deliver high quality person centred care and will performance manage a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers across the sites.

Salary of £32,398 per annum

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
Experience managing CQC regulated services for adults with learning disabilities.
Excellent staff management skills and ability to lead large teams
