Account Management Apprentice
As an apprentice in our client services team, you'll be the connection between our clients and the specialists delivering their campaigns. You'll build strong client relationships, coordinate activity across our teams, and develop a broad understanding of how digital marketing works in practice from SEO and paid media to social, design, and beyond.
This is a role for someone who's organised, curious, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities include:
Client services
Project coordination
Track project progress using our project management tools and flag any blockers early Help coordinate internal briefing and feedback processes between clients and deliveryteams Support the business development team where needed
General
Provide support across all agency services as needed Support with general admin responsibilitiesTraining:
The Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship equips individuals with the skills and knowledge required to plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
The programme covers key areas such as digital marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, data analysis, and brand development.
Training is 1 day a week delivered by Creative Process Digital.
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship, the individual will progress into a full time position within Seed.
