The Role
As Room Leader, you'll:
Lead and mentor a team of passionate practitioners in delivering exceptional early years provisionPlan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and developmentBuild strong relationships with children, families, and colleaguesSupport the Deputy and Manager in day-to-day nursery operationsEnsure the highest standards of safeguarding and careCreate a vibrant, inclusive environment where every child flourishesWhat We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education & Care (or equivalent) – essentialProven experience in a supervisory or room leader roleStrong knowledge of the EYFS frameworkA natural leader with excellent communication skillsGenuine passion for child development and early educationCommitment to creating an inclusive, stimulating environmentWhat's On Offer
