Apprentice Estates Officer
Learn to project manage minor engineering works
Learn about design drawings, specifications and schedules
Support colleagues, providing technical advice and training relating to engineering
Undertake site audits and reviews to monitor compliance and develop action plans
Communicate with staff and suppliers in relation to new projects, technologies etc.
Training:
Training will be split between attendance at London South Bank University, Southwark Campus, self directed study and practical experience in the workplace.
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticship the candidate will have the opportunity to complete the level 6 building services engineer apprenticeship Once this has been completed they would be able to move into a senior engineer post or may wish to consider project management, risk management or department management roles

Adult and paediatric community services, provided in collaboration with West Suffolk Alliance partners, include a range of nursing, therapy, specialist, and ongoing temporary care and rehabilitation, some at our Newmarket Community Hospital.

Working Hours :
Mainly Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 16.30, but will be required to cover weekends, evenings and night shifts on a rota system.
