HR Operations Specialist – Payroll apprentice
In this role, you’ll get to:
Be part of a team responsible for the Payroll process from start to finish (data input, calculation and balancing), including working with multiple customers with varied deadlines.
Be part of a wider HR Shared Function, working closely with key contacts in our Shared Service Hub in Budapest, along with local UK customers across multiple Bosch divisions.
Learn and demonstrate relevant payroll calculations, including Tax and National Insurance, providing advice to internal customers.
Analyse data, utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel to ensure compliance with HMRC and national laws as well as identify anomalies in Payroll data.
Be mentored by experienced Payroll professionals who are invested in your development, providing guidance, support and a wealth of knowledge.

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (21 months including endpoint assessment). Topics covered include –

Working Hours :
39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00. Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00, Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
