IT Apprentice

Providing first-line IT support to colleagues by helping troubleshoot common technical issues and service desk requests Assisting with setting up laptops, accounts, and access for new starters, helping ensure smooth onboarding Supporting the management of devices, software licences, and SaaS tools used across the organisation Learning how to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues with guidance from the IT Manager Helping maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and internal IT guides Assisting with internal IT projects, including improving workflows, automation, and internal productivity tools Working with teams across the organisation to understand their needs and provide friendly, effective technical support Gradually gaining exposure to areas such as systems administration, security practices, and modern IT operations

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
