Car Parts Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Car Parts Sales Manager to join a well-established auto parts store, specialises in providing high-quality products and services to a diverse range of trade customers. As a B2B Car Parts Sales Manager, this is a sales role where you will lead a trade sales team, manage client relationships, and drive automotive parts sales to garages and workshops. You will oversee a fast-paced sales environment, ensuring daily sales targets are met while managing a team to deliver excellent customer service and performance in a KPI-driven setting. This full-time role offers salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for: ? Manage the Trade Sales Team to ensure KPIs and targets are consistently met. ? Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue objectives. ? Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing trade customers. ? Collaborate closely with senior management to implement sales strategies. ? Oversee daily activities, including quoting, account management, and margin control. ? Ensure compliance with internal processes, SOPs, and credit procedures. What we are looking for: ? Previously worked as a Car Parts Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account manager, Business Development Representative, Business Development Executive, Trade sales manager or in a similar role. ? Experience in B2B Sales, or B2B Account Management. ? Background in automotive, aftermarket parts, or similar trade sectors. ? Ability to manage KPIs, targets, and daily activities effectively. ?
