This is a great opportunity to join an established, high-performing restaurant group in Washington, DC. They’re looking for a strong Head Chef who can lead from the front, drive consistency, and bring structure to a busy kitchen environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a corporate restaurant background who understands systems, standards, and how to lead teams at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading all day-to-day BOH operationsManaging, coaching, and developing a high-performing kitchen teamEnsuring consistency, quality, and execution across all service periodsOverseeing inventory, ordering, and cost control using Crunch Inventory SystemDriving labor management and kitchen efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or CDC within a corporate restaurant environmentHands-on experience with Crunch Inventory System is a mustStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate teamsSolid understanding of P&L, COGS, and labor managementHighly organized, systems-driven, and detail-orientedSpanish language skills are a strong plus
