Horticulture or Landscape Apprenticeship Operative Level 2

All general garden maintenance tasks like:

Mowing Strimming Weeding Pruning Soft Landscaping Small Tree Pruning Irrigation We also carry out lots of planting jobs that can then be viewed long-term to see the progress of plants

Training:

The training will take place at work and at college. You will work four days hands-on gardening with the company and one day at Capel Manor College, Enfield.



Training Outcome:

Successful apprentices will progress to a full-time role within the company. We want all employees to progress further and are coached towards a team-leader position.

Working Hours :
4 days with the company working 0800–1600 on the tools. 1 day at college, 9am to 4pm. The apprenticeship programme starts in September 2026, but the successful applicant will start the job ASAP.
