Legal Administration Assistant Apprentice

Act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the office, providing a professional and welcoming service Manage the main reception and maintain shared areas, including the kitchen Log, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing post Process card payments both in person and over the telephone Support general office administration, including filing, opening new files, and photocopying Provide administrative support to colleagues across the business as required Take outgoing post to the local post office at the end of each day

Training:
Training will take place in the workplace and may include a mix of on-the-job learning and remote sessions with the training provider

Training Outcome:
There is potential for a full-time role as a Legal Administration Assistant upon successful completion of the apprenticeship Opportunities may also become available within different legal departments, depending on performance and business needs

Working Hours :
