The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role within the Supply Chain team, taking ownership of production planning activities across multiple manufacturing lines. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and think ahead will be critical to success.

What You’ll Be Doing Managing the MRP system to plan and schedule production across multiple linesCreating and maintaining accurate capacity and production plansAdjusting schedules in real time to maximise efficiency and meet demandMonitoring production performance and reacting to delays or challengesCommunicating plans clearly with production and department teamsAnalysing trends, forecasts, and data to support planning decisionsWorking closely with operations to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full What We’re Looking For Proven experience in production planning or supply chain rolesStrong understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS)Experience using SAP or similar MRP systemsAdvanced Excel skills and confident with MS OfficeAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilityConfident communicator who can influence and challenge when neededProactive, forward-thinking approach with a drive to improve processes ⭐ Desirable Experience within a print or manufacturing environment (highly advantageous) What’s in It for You?
