Join Our Team Supporting Young People

We are recruiting Children’s Support Workers in Taunton to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people within a residential environment.

You will play an important role in helping young people develop confidence, independence, and life skills.

Salary - £13.45 to £14.15p/h plus sleep in rate £62.64

Shift - 2 on 4 off (2 long days with sleep in between)

Responsibilities

Providing emotional and practical support

Encouraging positive routines and behaviour

Supporting recreational and educational activities

Helping maintain a safe and nurturing environment

Completing daily records and reports

Requirements

Passion for supporting children and young people

Positive and caring attitude

Flexible approach to shift work

Previous care experience desirable

Full UK driving licence
