We are seeking dedicated Children’s Support Workers in Salisbury to support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting.

Salary - £13.85 per hour plus overtime and sleep in rate

Shifts - 2 on 4 off (two long shifts with a sleep in between)

Main Duties Providing day-to-day care and emotional support Encouraging independence and positive engagement Supporting with education and activities Working collaboratively with colleagues and professionals Ideal Candidate Caring and reliable Strong communication skills Able to work shifts including evenings and weekends Experience working with young people desirable Full UK Driving Licence (Manual) In Return Excellent training and induction Opportunities for progression Competitive pay and benefits
