We’re looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to take the lead in testing and validating our industry-leading safety products. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure things work exactly as they should.

What you’ll be doing

Plan and run product testing from start to finishIdentify how products perform—and where they failKeep testing organised, efficient, and on scheduleSupport and guide a small teamEnsure all work meets safety and quality standardsImprove how we test, making things faster and smarter

What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience in testing, engineering, or manufacturingStrong focus on health & safetyPractical skills (tools, assembly, mechanical understanding)Someone organised, proactive, and solution-focusedExperience supporting or leading others
