Location: Twickenham, (TW1)

Salary: £50k - £60 per year

The Role:

There is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior (Chartered) Building Surveyor to the dynamic team.

The new addition to the team will help with the expanding client base and a wide range of forthcoming contract projects.



Based at the office in Twickenham your work will be principally located in central and greater London dealing mainly with a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties.

Subject to the successful candidate's experience the role will include:

Duties:

? Specification writing and contract administration
? Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports
? Party wall services
? Production of maintenance plans and cost plans
? Fire reinstatement cost assessments
? Schedules of dilapidations
? Licences to alter


The ideal candidate will have:

? You will ideally be RICS, CABE, IStructE, IMechE, RIBA, IFE, CIAT,ICE qualified
? Candidates should ideally be degree-qualified MRICS or CIOB
? Ideally with IMaPS or other design risk management PD/CDM-C qualifications and experience.


Desired Skills and Expertise:

? Excellence in both Professional and Construction BS Services
? Design risk management skills
? Strong knowledge base, including Contract Administration, Building Surveys, CDM, Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations, Party Walls etc.
? Delivery of work outputs within set time frames and commercial goals
? Commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
? Team player capable of a flexible approach
? Energetic & self-motivated
? Strong IT capabilities, including working experience of Microsoft Office and Tablet & Mobile data collection
