ICT Apprentice

 Vinyl wrapping PC’s and laptops Capturing accurate data from machine audits Testing components such as HDD’s, SSD’s, CPU’s RAM etc. Refurbishing and repairing laptops such as damaged screens and keyboards Disassembling a variety of IT equipment to company standards ready for inventory Assembling PC’s, workstations, servers etc. to customer specification Troubleshooting software & hardware issues. Testing machines and installing operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Linux Adding tracking/asset tag during final quality checks Picking and packing orders Maintain excellent housekeeping at all times and follow ESD Procedures when handling sensitive components Operate and maintain equipment ensuring all safety regulations are followed and report all accidents, product issues or damages to you team leader Assist with the update of work instructions

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship
