Full job description:

Setting up & closing down of surgery Assisting dentist/hygienist in clinical procedures Providing chairside assistance Decontamination of instruments Ensuring all relevant materials and supplies are in place Maintaining patient’s clinical records (during exams etc.) Prepare instruments for procedures Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene/cross-infection control (according to guidelines) Follow all practice protocols and procedures

Training:
Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship 1-day per week to attend class at Middlesbrough College

Training Outcome:
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
