The Opportunity
You will introduce the solution to letting agents and property businesses within your territory, helping them roll it out across managed portfolios.
Duties include but not limited to:-
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with letting agents, delivering presentations and demos, and securing rollout agreements across branch and multi-branch accounts.You will manage your own pipeline, develop long-term client relationships and help build recurring monitored-unit income over time.To support your success, we provide a complete sales and marketing toolkit including email campaigns, social media content, sales presentations, video marketing materials, direct mail campaigns, onboarding and ongoing training.This is a UK-wide self-employed opportunity offering strong recurring commission potential, long-term residual income and the flexibility to build and grow your own territory.The ideal candidate
We would particularly like to hear from people with experience in field sales, B2B sales, property or lettings, telecoms, utilities, insurance, SaaS, compliance or other recurring revenue sectors.
You will be commercially minded, proactive, confident building relationships and comfortable working independently in a performance-led environment.
