Registered General Nurse, Band 6
Opportunity available for a Registered General Nurse to work within the Intermediate Care Team, Based in either Kettering or Northampton.
The team sits within either Highfield Clinic, Northampton or Romic House, Kettering.

The role would be based at either of these clinics with the aim of both to give rapid assessment, treatment and supporting of patients who have had recent decline.

This is in their physical health and who are at risk of admission to hospital.

You will need the ability to lead teams of healthcare workers, be quick thinking, make the right decisions at the right time and bring your nursing training to life with person-centered care.

You will also need to be adaptable, resourceful and well organised.

Community based experienced is a must for this role.
Shift patterns for this role are varied which hours ranging from 08:00 – 01:00 with this role being full time.

Part time hours (Minimum of 3 days) will be considered for the right candidate.
The hourly rate for this role is:
Monday to Friday (06:00 – 20:00) - £26.00 Per HourSaturday / Nights - £30.00 Per HourSunday / Bank Holidays - £34.00 Per Hour

• Community experience is a must • Smartcard• Driving license with access to a vehicle• Venepuncture Certificate • NMC Registration• Knowledge of Systmone• The right to work in the UK
