Job Title: Pub ManagerSalary: €35,000 - €45,000 Netto per year + bonusLocation: Prague, Czech RepublicWe are looking for a Pub Manager to take care of one of the biggest pubs in Prague with several floors! Cozy and international, this is one of the most welcoming pubs in the city.

For this amazing role, we are seeking a passionate and positive individual who can not only manage the site but also expand and develop one of the other floors! Loads of opportunity to grow further your career:Tasks:
Lead and coach a team of around 25 peopleDevelop the food menu together with the chef and higher managementSupervise the operationsOrganize events with a commercial mindCheck inventory, and contact suppliers keeping in mind the cost controlInvolved in the hiring of new staffMaking schedules for the teamReporting to Area Manager
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience managing a pub/barKnowledge of different beveragesKnowhow in cost control proceduresExperience in human resource management practices
