You are fixated on people – their staffs and the guest experience, its all about being in your restaurants and immersing yourself in the brand.Looking after 3 sites initially and growing as the brand expandsMotivating and leading your team to be the best - they will know who you are and look forward to your visitsThis company is all about learning and delivering great food.

You will be working with fresh, seasonal produce.They look for personalities and leaders.Sites take on average £50-£100k weekly - so there is no room for boredom.You will look to develop and mentor your team to be the best they can beBe actively involved in the expansion of the businessLove to be in your Restaurants and really know how each site ticks – this is key to role
Who will you be as Operations Manager?
You will have multisite experience in the locker and thrive from being in and amongst your teams – you can hot seat from the restaurantsStrong presence and someone your team look up too – you will have energy and flair and lead by exampleLove to train and mentor your team – organic growth is key to the businessStrong financial and commercial acumen- the group are growing, and we are looking for ambitious candidates who want to grow with the businessPeople need to be at the heart of what you do – this is key to the culture of the businessReporting into the Director – you must know your numbers!You will know what great casual dining looks and feels like - these guys are a cut above the rest, there is a great energy about each site
