Motor Vehicle Apprentice

The successful apprentice will gain the knowledge and skills to complete all aspects of motor vehicle maintenance and repairs, such as

Oil changes Inspections Servicing Tyres Breaks Exhausts Computerised diagnostics Head gaskets Cambelts Electrics Assisting with day to day repairs General cleanliness of the workshop

Training:
Motor vehicle service and maintenance technician - light vehicle level 3 Functional Skills Maths and English (if required) Training carried out within the working environment  Online portfolio 

Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there would be a potential opportunity for a long term career to stay within the workplace, continuing to grow and develop. (eg, employer would like to put applicant through MOT training when the eligible criteria is met)

IJS Car and Commercial are a family run business with years of experience in the industry, providing a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere for their customers. 

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 30 minute break, 12pm - 12:30pm.
