Apprentice Digital Support Technician

You will be working in our Portishead Office. Alongside your formal apprenticeship training, you will be a valuable member of our small team logging Support Calls. Then, working with our experienced analysts, troubleshooting problems to ensure we keep our customers happy. You will be learning about the software we support and the underlying Microsoft Infrastructure. We are a tight-knit team of 20 people. This is an ideal environment for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into whatever needs doing. We value autonomy, initiative, and a "team-first" attitude.

Training:
Digital Support Technician Level 3. Maximising the effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software and digital communications in organisations. City of Bristol College. Off-site in its entirety.

Training Outcome:
Gain a solid foundation in IT support, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and use of systems such as Microsoft 365. We would hope that the successful candidate would continue their career with Essential. Most employees stay with Essential for several years.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm one hour for lunch.
