The Role:

Our client is one of leading creative agency.

They are looking for a Web Developer with 3-4 years WordPress experience, as well as supplying support to the clients for existing hosted sites.

This is an outstanding opportunity to be an integral part of a highly capable web development team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

? Experience building and deploying multiple WordPress projects that have been deployed to a Production environment.
? Develop and maintain complex WordPress-based applications.

Implement complex features using modern PHP code and patterns.
? Experience in managing and building plugins and theme.
? Experience in theming and templating.
? Experience using version control software (GIT) within a team
? Self-motivated and passionate about solving problems within WordPress.


? An excellent team player who enjoys learning new skills.


? Ability to implement structured development processes.


? Ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent project tasks.
? Customer support and technical troubleshooting.
? Willing to work independently and as part of a team.
? Coding skillset should allow for completion of projects quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality, usability and attention to detail.


? Ensure best practice and services are implemented efficiently.


Desirable:

? Experience of writing semantic HTML, following accessibility, performance, and SEO best practices
? Experience in cross browser and device testing, following techniques used for responsive design
? Experience provisioning, maintaining, monitoring, and optimising servers and serverless infrastructure
? Experience writing Object-Oriented PHP and using Composer
? Experience in developing API integrations with 3
