An independent hospitality group is looking for a General Manager to run a well-established, multi-faceted site in London. The business combines several revenue streams under one roof, so this suits someone who enjoys variety and can stay on top of detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.

The role:

Take full ownership of the day-to-day operationLead and develop a multi-layered management teamSet clear targets and ensure each department is deliveringManage rotas, staffing levels and costs in line with budgetMaintain strong standards across service, product and environmentWork closely with senior leadership on performance and directionOversee training, structure and consistency across the teamEnsure compliance across all operational and safety requirementsDrive revenue across all areas of the business

The person:

Experienced General ManagerBackground in busy, multi-revenue stream environmentsCommercially aware with a solid handle on costs and performanceHands-on leader who builds structure and accountabilityOrganised and calm under pressureComfortable managing different moving parts at once
