Childcare Apprenticeship - Leicester

Day-Day Responsibilities:

Support the daily care and supervision of children in a safe and nurturing environment. Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging activities inline with EYFS. Observe, monitor and record children's development and progress. Build positive relationships with children, parents and team members. Support children's learning through play and structured activities. Ensure the setting is clean, safe, and well-organised at all times. Follow setting's safeguarding, health and safety and other policies and procedures. Assist with personal care routines such as feeding, nappy changes, toileting and hygiene. Encourage positive behaviour and support children's emotional well-being. Work as a part of a team while learning from experienced staff. Attend training and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
