Childcare Apprenticeship - South Tottenham
You will work alongside experienced Early Years Practitioners to support children's development, learning, and wellbeing. The role involves assisting with daily nursery activities, supporting children's individual learning needs, and helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
As an apprentice, you will support the nursery team in providing high-quality care and education to children. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising children to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times Supporting children to access learning activities in both group and individual settings Helping children understand instructions and complete learning tasks Supporting children to use learning equipment and resources appropriately Assisting children with areas of development such as language, behaviour, social skills, reading, and writing Supporting children's physical needs while encouraging independence Assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Behaviour Plans, and Personal Care programmes Supporting children inside and outside the classroom to encourage social interaction Building positive relationships with children and responding to their individual needs Promoting inclusion and ensuring all children feel valued and supported Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children to take responsibility for their actions Monitoring children's progress and accurately recording achievements Contributing to children's progress records and learning journalsTraining:

Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
