Business Administration Apprentice

Maintaining organised personal files and documentation Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately Saving reports and test results and ensuring they are filed in the correct order Handling day to day subcontractor queries, including arranging trade counter orders Booking accommodation for staff and subcontractors Raising purchase orders and ensuring correct approval processes Managing stationary orders and maintaining stock levels Ordering kitchen and welfare supplies Processing uniform orders and liaising with suppliers Overseeing EE mobile contracts, upgrades, and account management Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required

Training:

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA) Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive any additional training support and guidance required from their dedicated tutor Attending weekly classes to achieve the Level 3 Business Administration qualification

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship
