Digital Support Technician Apprentice
Set up and configure new printers/photocopiers
Refurb used printers/photocopiers for re-sale
Update firmware and install client data into the devices pre installation
Run checks and diagnostics on newly set up and refurbished devices
Assist on installs when required
Work from a scheduled database to ensure that all devices are set up and completed on time
Training:
Digital Support Technician Level 3.
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
