Customer Service Apprentice

Serving customers. Organising the shop floor. Ordering stock. Put together ideas for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Answering and responding to enquiries. Taking payments. Money handling, money counting and vetting.

Training:
Remote learning delivered by Starting Off. 6 hours a week off the job learning.

Training Outcome:

Full-time position on completion of the apprenticeship.
