Office Administration Apprentice
Office Management:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment Liaise with building management, warehouse, and external service providers Maintain organised filing systems (physical and digital) Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and hospitality arrangementsAdministrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and wider team as required Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, and couriers Maintain and update company records, databases, and contact listsFinance & Purchasing:
Help raise and process purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims Liaise with accounts/finance team on supplier paymentsHR & Onboarding Support:
Assist with onboarding of new starters (desk setup, IT requests, inductions) Maintain employee records and documentation in line with GDPR Coordinate staff training bookings and track completionTraining:
East Sussex College will provide the apprenticeship standard framework which will include Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours and 4-6 weekly progress review visits with an allocated assessor. Functional Skills support if required A detailed training schedule will be agreed closer to enrolment East Sussex College will ensure Health & Safety, and Equality & Diversity
Training Outcome:
