Civil Engineering Senior Technician Apprenticeship

Depending on the specific role, training and duties may include:

Designing and analysing structural components Creating detailed technical drawings Managing projects from inception to completion Controlling production schedules Estimating costs for projects

Training:

The training scheme will include role rotation throughout the company to understand workflow and interdepartmental collaboration, including:

Estimating Draughting Structural Design Project Management Production Planning Fabrication Site Erection

This scheme aims to provide a well-rounded education and hands-on experience, preparing apprentices for successful careers at William Haley Engineering.

Training Outcome:

Full-time employment in a role agreed between both parties. This may include further training and qualifications.
