HR Administration & Support
Assist with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including starters, changes, and leavers Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation Support induction processes to ensure new starters feel welcomed and fully supported Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR systems Assist with the coordination of probation reviews and performance reviewsRecruitment Support
Support the recruitment process, including advert posting, CV administration and interview scheduling Coordinate pre‑employment checks and right‑to‑work documentation Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managersTraining & Development
Support the coordination of internal training, apprenticeships and development programmes Maintain training records and learning documentation Assist with booking training sessions and liaising with external training providersHR Projects & Engagement
Support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, wellbeing and culture Assist with staff communications, events, and rewards initiatives Help gather feedback and support continuous improvement across HR processesCompliance & Best Practice
Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation Ensure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained at all times Support the People Team with ad‑hoc HR administration and projects as requiredTraining Outcome:
Potential to stay with the company full time after apprenticeship completion.

Working Hours :
Weekly schedule: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Break: Unpaid 1 hour break.
