Apprentice Chartered Surveyor

Emesen are working on some exciting and innovative projects across the South West of the UK, namely in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and London.

You will be involved in:

Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets Performing site evaluations and valuations Preparing tender documents and submitting bids Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations  Using your problem solving, critical thinking, and innovation skills to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients

Training:

Training will take place mainly in emesen's Bristol office:

One day a week will be spent at the training provider's location:
