In this role, you will be assisting the administration team with ensuring the business runs smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with customers Customer relations Answer and deal with telephone enquiries from customers Manage the day-to-day email inbox via Microsoft Outlook Invoicing Booking Create and send estimates/quotations to customers Photocopying Scanning Taking payments Using CRM databases Updating and archiving recordsTraining:
Level 3 Business Administration at Stockton Riverside College Functional Skills in Maths and English, if required
Training Outcome:
An opportunity for a full-time position at the end of the Apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5.30pm.
