Office Admin Apprentice
Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries professionally
Booking in jobs and services for customers
Taking customer payments accurately
Filing confidential and private documents securely
Inputting important data into company systems
Registering boilers with manufacturers
Scanning and organising documents
Carrying out general office administration duties as required
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.

Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm.
