Training:

You will complete the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship with Connect to Early Years, including one-to-one coaching, workplace learning, and online study. You’ll develop skills in child development, safeguarding, supporting learning through play, communication, teamwork, and creating nurturing environments. Functional Skills in English and Maths will be provided if needed.



Training Outcome:

Apprentice → Deputy Room Leader → Room Leader → Relief Deputy Manager → Deputy Manager → Nursery Manager.

Working Hours :
4‑day working week within our shift pattern: – 7:20am–5:20pm – 7:40am–5:40pm – 8:15am–6:15pm
