Early Years Apprentice
As a Pre-school Assistant Apprentice at Brereton Pre-school, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive team helping to educate and care for children aged 2 to 5 years, including after-school provision. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a rewarding career in early years.
Your role will include:
Supporting play-based learning activities that encourage children's development Helping children settle into the setting and feel safe and supportedMaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Supporting children's long-term development to prepare them for school Acting as a key person for individual children, building positive relationships
You'll gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification in early years.
Training:
Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required) Access to an electronic portfolio- OneFile Allocated a designated Tutor Planned face-to-face visits in the workplace
The Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship provides practical, on and off-the-job training to develop the skills needed to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Apprentices gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised early years qualification.
Training Outcome:
On completion of the Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship, you will be a confident, qualified practitioner with the skills and experience to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in an early years environment, with clear progression opportunities within early years education

Working Hours :
Wednesday to Friday 12.00pm - 6.00pm and flexibility for a Monday or Tuesday morning.
