Apprentice CNC Machinist

Daily/Weekly Tasks

Machining, servicing, building and modifying a variety of precision tools, jigs and fixtures. Carrying out planned maintenance department improvements, including 5s activities (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain). Communicating and reporting to the CNC Manager and department to support the department's function, including purchasing and receipting materials, BO Parts and ongoing consumables.

Training:
Full Time: This is a Level 3 Tooling apprenticeship, delivered over a 30-month period. The apprentice will attend the training centre In-Comm Aldridge WS9 8UG for the first 7 months.

Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full-time position available at the company.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 7.30am- 4.30pm. Friday, 7.30am- 2.00pm.
