Recruitment Apprenticeship
Assisting with sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and databases
Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
Supporting the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and managing candidate communications
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
Writing and posting job adverts
Maintaining accurate records on the company database/CRM system
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
Developing knowledge of the trades and construction industry
