Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship - Egginton

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain a deep understanding of teaching support through:

Assisting with the delivery and implementation of learning activities Evaluating lesson plans and suggesting improvements Leading small group and one-on-one activities independently Collaborating with teachers to deliver learning objectives Adapting to meet individual learner needs in a dynamic classroom environment

Training:

Shaping Lives develops, nurtures, and grows skilled educators, equipping them with the essential skills, confidence, and resilience to fulfil their own potential. Upon completion of this 18-month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Teaching Assistant L3 Apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

Fixed-term with possibility for permanent placement after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
